Technical Sales Executive

Key Result Areas:• Execution of business unit sales strategies and campaigns to driverevenue growth.• Development of key accounts.• Management and maintenance of sales funnel and ensures all salesadministration is kept current using the Database.• Performance of all necessary sales processes using the agreedplatform.• Seeks out new opportunities through cold calls, networking, and socialmedia.• Preparation and conduct of appropriate product discussions.• Ensures Brownstone Asia-Tech remains proactive and responsive toprospective clients.• Ensures delivery of consistent customer service levels that exceedclient requirements.• Meets with customers and actively listens to their needs.• Achievement of targets and following controls of budgets to contributeto the business unit profitability.• Seeks and communicates market intelligence to the company.• Provides and interprets detailed monthly reporting on sales activity,customer service levels, and sales achievement for the business unit.• Development of annual plan and monthly activity plan necessary toensure the success of the business unit goals and strategies.• Updates job and product knowledge by participating in educational andlearning opportunities.Qualifications:• Academic degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, FoodTechnology, or other related fields• 2 years professional experience in Laboratory and B2B SalesLanguage:• English (Required)Job Types: Permanent, Full-timeBenefits:• Additional leave• Company events• Flextime• Health insurance• Life insurance• Paid training• Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:• Day shift• Flextime• Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:• 13th month salary• Commission pay• Performance bonusExperience:• Sales: 2 years (Required)• Laboratory: 2 years (Required)Salary Range:• Php24,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
