? Execution of business unit sales strategies and campaigns to drive
revenue growth.
? Development of key accounts.
? Management and maintenance of sales funnel and ensures all sales
administration is kept current using the Database.
? Performance of all necessary sales processes using the agreed
platform.
? Seeks out new opportunities through cold calls, networking, and social
media.
? Preparation and conduct of appropriate product discussions.
? Ensures Brownstone Asia-Tech remains proactive and responsive to
prospective clients.
? Ensures delivery of consistent customer service levels that exceed
client requirements.
? Meets with customers and actively listens to their needs.
? Coordinates Brownstone Asia-Tech resources and technical support
when necessary to best address customer issues/feedback.
? Achievement of targets and following controls of budgets to contribute
to the business unit profitability.
? Seeks and communicates market intelligence to the company.
? Provides and interprets detailed monthly reporting on sales activity,
customer service levels, and sales achievement for the business unit.
? Development of annual plan and monthly activity plan necessary to
ensure the success of the business unit goals and strategies.
? Updates job and product knowledge by participating in educational and
learning opportunities.
Qualifications:
? Academic degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Food
Technology, or other related fields
? 2 years professional experience in Laboratory and B2B Sales
