Job Description:The Technical Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into revenue opportunities to achieve sales targets. They must ensure that exceptional customer service levels are consistently achieved.Key Result Areas: Execution of Business Unit Sales Strategies: Implement strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth. Development of Key Accounts: Establish and manage important client relationships. Sales Funnel Management: Maintain and manage the sales funnel, ensuring that all sales administration is up to date using the database. Sales Processes: Perform all necessary sales processes using the agreed platform. Opportunity Identification: Seek out new opportunities through cold calls, networking, and social media. Product Discussions: Prepare and conduct relevant product discussions. Proactive Client Engagement: Ensure Brownstone Asia-Tech remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients. Customer Service: Deliver consistent customer service that exceeds client requirements. Client Meetings: Meet with customers and actively listen to their needs. Resource Coordination: Coordinate Brownstone Asia-Tech resources and technical support as needed to address customer issues and feedback. Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets and manage budget controls to contribute to business unit profitability. Market Intelligence: Gather and communicate market intelligence to the company. Reporting: Provide and interpret detailed monthly reports on sales activity, customer service levels, and sales achievements for the business unit. Planning: Develop annual and monthly activity plans to ensure the success of business unit goals and strategies.
