Job Description:The Technical Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into revenue opportunities to achieve sales targets. Sales Processes: Perform all necessary sales processes using the agreed platform. Opportunity Identification: Seek out new opportunities through cold calls, networking, and social media. Product Discussions: Prepare and conduct relevant product discussions. Proactive Client Engagement: Ensure Brownstone Asia-Tech remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients. Customer Service: Deliver consistent customer service that exceeds client requirements. Client Meetings: Meet with customers and actively listen to their needs. Resource Coordination: Coordinate Brownstone Asia-Tech resources and technical support as needed to address customer issues and feedback. Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets and manage budget controls to contribute to business unit profitability. Market Intelligence: Gather and communicate market intelligence to the company. Reporting: Provide and interpret detailed monthly reports on sales activity, customer service levels, and sales achievements for the business unit. Planning: Develop annual and monthly activity plans to ensure the success of business unit goals and strategies.
