Job Summary: Represent and promote the company, its external partners and its product specifically in the Renewable Energy industry in his/her assigned region in order to further expand the market share for this industry and to help the Renewable Energy segment meet its sales target. Responsible for managing assigned accounts by the company, providing necessary technical support and solutions for customers. In addition, the role will require handling and acting as point person for all technical issues raised by customers in the Visayas and Mindanao region.
Key Responsibilities / Duties Initiate, promote and develop sales opportunities for the assigned products and to achieve the desired growth in business volume reflected in the individual's targets.Prepare sales plans and secure orders for the Company's products, solutions and services, and to achieve the sales and income target (monthly/annually) as assigned by the segment Manager.Identify and establish new customers as well as new business opportunities to ensure successful market penetration and development, with special emphasis on the project and end user market.Establish good rapport with the various Renewable Energy partners and other suppliers (if any) and to liaise with them on customers' needs.Plan and conduct technical seminars or solutions/product demonstrations to prospective customers in a professional and high-quality manner.Conduct regular visits to customers/dealers in order to maintain good rapport as well as to solicit feedback on the effectiveness of the products, services/support and other market information.Establish healthy customer relations and provide efficient and effective service/support so as to maintain their confidence in the reputation of the products and services offered by the Company.Attend to customers' complaints and enquiries with professionalism and integrity.Update Sales Management file/report and project opportunities on a weekly basis.Gather market information to keep the segment manager updated on competitors' movements and the Company's position in the market.Be conscious and receptive to customers' needs, market trends and new products launched by competitors.Attend all necessary project site meetings when required in order to ensure smooth handover.Maintain a high level of cooperation and teamwork with the sales team.Provide technical support and solutions to all assigned/allocated customers.Take the lead as the main person to handle all technical concerns/issues of the customers for the company and business partners.Attend and pass all certification requirements by the company and business partners/suppliers.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics and Communications Engineering / Instrumentation and Control Engineering / Licensed ElectricianPreference will be given to those who have solar projects design/management skills, but not mandatory.Experience in the Renewables Industry.Computer literate, proficient in MS Office applications as well as various technical tools/applications.Job Type: Full-time
