? Responsible for effectively managing customer and internal stakeholders communication via phone? Ensure 100% accuracy during responding on Business Communication done with customer over the phone? Adhere to business communication language and etiquettes while reposnding on behalf of client or the company? Responsible for being up to date on products, services, policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is supplied to customers while on call? Take initiative to continuously enhance product, quality and technical skills.? To provide support to customers for billing related questions and offering new products & services? Responsible for maintaining data protection and confidentiality for all the parties involved i.e. customers, client and Sutherland? Will coordinate with and support other departmental functions as and when required (e.g. e-mail, back-office, web chat, support etc.)? Maintain high level of expertise, soft-skills and telephone etiquette skills? Escalate appropriate issues to team leads on immediate / on-requirement basis? Awarenes and meet the key metrics and targets.? Adhere to company policies and procedures as described on the HR Handbook "
