**Job Summary**
MonetizeMore is looking for a **Technical Recruiter **who is **comfortable working in a remote, autonomous environment and will facilitate the company's standard hiring process for our technical team.
** Our ideal Technical Recruiter will report directly to the Senior Supervisor and HR Manager.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Source talents through the use of different online tools and job boards
- Post job ads and update Applicant Tracking System
- Facilitate test projects or aptitude tests when needed
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, BS IT or BS Computer Science graduate or any related field.
- Experience hiring IT professionals in different locations (global).
- Proven experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Relevant experience in Recruitment of technical positions like Web Developer/Software Engineer, and QA Engineer is preferred.
- Ability to conduct culture-fit interviews and skills assessment.
- With excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Time management and decision making skills
- Highly reliable, organized, and proactive
- Can function efficiently and effectively even with less supervision.
- Can work on **flexible schedules and open for 100% work remotely.
