Technical Recruiter

• Perform end-to-end sourcing and recruitment for junior to supervisory hiring• Manage multiple requisitions across various lines of businesses in technology• Participate in inclusion and diversity recruiting events and activities• Partner closely with recruiting, business and HR advisors to understand hiring needs• Manage alignment on the interview process, where the hiring team is properly prepared and candidates are properly and comprehensively evaluated as well as sold on the opportunity• Ensure an efficient and cost-effective recruitment processes of employment agencies
