Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm EST
Salary range: $900 - $1,350 per month
Responsibilities Source candidates through LinkedIn, other websites, and personal networks for work-from-home roles in the Philippines. Initiate contact with potential candidates, present job opportunities, and encourage applications. Screen resumes to assess candidates' qualifications. Conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies. Coordinate and schedule interviews, share assessments, and gather feedback from stakeholders. Utilize recruitment and talent acquisition tools, including Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and others. Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sourcing and recruiting, preferably for remote positions. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates. Familiarity with recruitment and talent acquisition tools, including Breezy HR, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. Adaptability to a fast-paced, remote work environment.
