Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter & HR Support Manager to lead recruitment for top-tier IT and technical talent while providing essential HR support. This role combines expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring highly specialized IT professionals with a focus on improving HR processes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for key roles from sourcing through to onboarding.Global Talent Sourcing: Use a variety of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and attract top talent.Market Insights: Provide valuable insights on talent availability, market trends, and salary expectations to guide recruitment strategies.Seamless Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and alignment with client expectations.HR Support & Operational Efficiency Employee Relations: Manage HR operations, addressing employee inquiries and fostering a positive work environment.Talent Development: Assist in employee retention and development initiatives to support career growth and performance.Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to HR processes to drive operational efficiency and support business goals.Executive Support Strategic HR Support: Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives, supporting company growth.Operational Oversight: Assist in managing HR-related logistics and day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and departments.Client & Marketing Support Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring recruitment needs are met with quality talent.Branding: Support marketing and branding efforts to attract top talent, particularly within the BPO market.Key Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:3+ years in Technical Recruitment (e.g., Software Developers, Programmers, Business Analysts, Project Managers).3+ years in HR operations or HR support.Experience with Australian or US BPO highly regardedSkills:Expertise in using a range of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, social media) to find and attract the best talent.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience in HR processes, employee relations, and performance management.Personal Attributes: Proactive & Independent: Capable of managing multiple priorities and driving initiatives with minimal supervision.Client-Focused: Committed to delivering impactful results that align with client needs and business objectives.Efficient & Results-Driven: Continuously optimizing processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.Collaborative: Works effectively within teams and with leadership to achieve shared goals.Work Environment: This hybrid role includes both remote and office-based work.
