Technical/Qs Admin Assistant

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and filing of engineering documents for QS/Engineering department
- Compilation of Bid documents and submittals
- Maintain Electronic and hard copies of documents
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondences
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Assist in resolving any QS Technical problems
- Maintain Office Supplies of our QS Department
- Transmittal Technical Documents
- Assist Engineering/QS personnel regarding technical documentation
- Performs other related tasks as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Graduate of Any related course or business course
- 1-2 years related experience as a QS Technical Assistant
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office programs
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Can Start ASAP

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dasmariñas, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QS Technical Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
