Requirement :
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess at least a Diploma degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Management.
Experience Level: Applicants should have 3-5 years of experience in a technical project management role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Agile Project Management, IT Project Management, Data Management, and Project Implementation is essential. Must have solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues.
Responsibilities and Duties: Role involves planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation through to completion. Requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
Working Conditions: Must be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and capable of handling pressure while managing multiple tasks at once.
Qualities and Traits: Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are a must.
