Technical Product Manager | Alabang-BasedCivicom Scribe PT seeks a Technical Product Manager to manage the development game plan and product team for our AI-driven documentation solutions for the physical, occupational, and speech therapy community.

THE ROLE:
You will work closely with a cross-functional team that spans product engineering, quality assurance, customer success, and sales & marketing, while developing an understanding of the mindset and needs of current and prospective clients. You will participate in product development strategy, manage execution, and keep product development on track through meeting goals set through group and individual OKRs-Objectives & Key Results.
RESPONSIBILITIES Help define and then manage the roadmaps for our market research products.Set regular meetings that include key internal stakeholders for reporting on updates to product development.Help drive the product strategy and delivery by continuously combining qualitative user feedback and insights from data.Measure and participate in improving key metrics for each of our key products.Be a liaison between the ScribePT product development team, the ScribePT business head, the development team leaders, and the Team Success Group to keep people informed.Be responsible for meeting delivery timeframes.QUALIFICATIONS A college degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Sciences & Systems, Software Applications, etc., or a non-technical degree with proven projects.Some coding experience, preferably in the real world, out of school.A proven track record of developing well-designed products, along with your ample hands-on experience with both UX and UI development.Experience defining a roadmap, of any size, and leading a team through delivery to customers.Experience working with clients, as well as translating business goals into technical requirements.Some understanding of the AI ecosystem (either by education or work/project experience).
