Technical Operation Engineer

What You'll Do: Provide technical support of the Zeta DSP, programmatic campaign performance, and third-party programmatic platformsReview and triage support cases, escalating to Product / Engineering when neededKeep clients informed of status until resolution using non-technical, customer-friendly languageUtilize tools such as Google Chrome Developer Tools and Postman during investigation of support casesAuthor and execute SQL queries, often involving joins across multiple tables, to pull data for in-depth support case troubleshootingManage collaboration and build process between cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and notificationDraft and maintain product and troubleshooting documentationParticipate in team owned programs such as: Platform Administration, Vendor Certification, Third-Party Ad Tag Handling, and moreRequirements: 2+ years in a support roleBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field OR equivalent experienceDeep understanding of Ad Tech industry and how Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Ad Servers, Attribution Platforms, etc. work in conjunctionExperience using DSPs including (but not limited to): Google Campaign Manager 360, The Trade Desk, and Xandr Invest. Zeta DSP a plusExperience using tag management platforms including (but not limited to): Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Adobe LaunchSome experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSSIntermediate SQL acumen (MySQL, Vertica, HIVE)Intermediate to advanced data analysis skills – you can distinguish between bad data and good dataExcellent verbal and written communication skills – you can translate technical concepts into layman termsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentJob Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
