Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Product Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the product roadmap, prioritizing features and tasks, and ensuring our product meets the highest standards of quality and innovation. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of the product roadmap, aligning with the company's strategic goals and vision.
Prioritise features and tasks, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources in our agile development environment with weekly cycles.
Work closely with the development team, employing a test-driven development methodology to maintain high-quality standards.
Leverage technical knowledge in React JS, Node JS, and PostgreSQL to guide and support the development team.
Explore and integrate blockchain technologies, contributing to the company's position as a leader in innovative solutions.
Collaborate with the business and marketing teams to monitor user behaviour, understand user requirements, and ensure the product meets market needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Technical Product Lead or similar role, preferably within a startup environment.
Strong technical background with experience in React JS, Node JS, and PostgreSQL.
Experience with or a keen interest in blockchain technology.
Exceptional leadership skills and experience managing development teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a talent for bridging technical and business perspectives.
Demonstrated ability to monitor user behaviour and translate insights into product enhancements.
