Technical Lead - Microservice Architecture (Hybrid) 46567 - Cebu

Salary: 80,000 - 150,000
Schedule 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Mondays - Fridays (2 days WFH in a week)

QUALIFICATIONS:
-7+ years of web application development experience (C#, Java, Kotlin, Python, Go, Node.js, Scala, etc.)
-Experience using public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
for developing applications
-Knowledge of HTTP and other network protocols
-Experience with database design and performance tuning
-Experience with agile development (e.g., Scrum)
-Knowledge of microservice architecture
-Experience leading the development of a small team of engineers

(Preferred Qualifications)
-Kotlin, Go, React, TypeScript development
-GCP development
-Developing and operating large-scale, high-traffic web services
-SRE and DevOps
-New product development
-Knowledge of accounting and its operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop, improve, and operate new features of the product
-Lead technical aspects of the most important projects
-Provide technical leadership and support to teams and train team members
-Ensure code quality and productivity for the entire team
-Make key technical decisions for the organization and the product as a whole over the medium-to-long term
-Select languages, frameworks, architectures, related services, etc.
