Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of developers in delivering SSIS and SSRS solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages to support data integration and ETL processes.
Create, deploy, and manage SSRS reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize existing SSIS packages and SSRS reports for performance and efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SSIS and SSRS.
Ensure compliance with best practices and standards in data integration and reporting.
Document technical designs, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with SSIS and SSRS.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven ability to lead a team and manage projects.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
