Technical Head (Bread & Pastry Chef)

QUALIFICATIONS    Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Hotel & Restaurant Management or other related programCertified Bread and Pastry ChefAt least 10 years of relevant work experience and expertise in bread and pastry, preferably in Philippine marketExperience in creating training materials and conducting trainings / demosExperience in ideation of recipes / product development, bakery management and operationsStrong analytical, project management, and communication skillsAble to work in collaboration with different teams RESPONSIBILITIES Create recipes and manage the recipe library of the companyOversee the daily operations of the Department including maintenance of equipmentProvides technical expertise in terms of the application of products, setting up of working / demo area, baked goods and product displaysTrains Chefs for demos and provides proper orientation to new hiresManage the Department's budget and monitor the expensesCoordinate with various teams such as Sales and Marketing, Research and Development, Quality Assurance, Purchasing and Logistics
