Technical Engineer

Job Qualifications: Graduate of either Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.Possesses work experience of at least 2-3 years in manufacturing setup.Has knowledge in 5M (Material, Manpower, Method, Machine, Mold)Has knowledge in the mechanism how the defects are produced.Computer literate.Open for improvement.Willing to render long hours of work.Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by superiors. Job Responsibilities: Testing of new molds before use in ProductionEstablishment of Molding Documents for new products (Molding Specification, Procedure and etc.)Conducts mold inspection for new mold and quarterly check-up of existing moldsAssists on Mold Repair/MaintenanceHandles Mold Spare Parts InventoryHandles Mold Control (Storage, Inventory and etc.)Initiate projects/Kaizen that will benefit the company especially moldingConducts monitoring of F-cost top contributor itemAnalyzes the root cause of the Quality Issues encountered on F-cost top contributors itemMonitoring of 5M (Man, Material, Machine, Mold, Method) for encountered abnormal conditions and changepoints (intentional or unintentional) during production.Recommendation and evaluation of corrective and/or preventive actions for problems encountered and giving of support for implementation by process owners.Follow company rules and regulations, and practice the company's best practices (5S, Horenso, Yokoten, Kaizen, etc.).Can work with minimum supervision
