Technical Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT Graduate or a related field

• Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills

• 1-3 years working experience in sales and related work.
• Strong understanding of digital operations, networks, and architectures.
• Experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection

• Solid technical knowledge of networking theories and protocols such as TCP/IP, SIP, FTP/SFTP, OSI Model

• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
• Strong Lead Generation skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

• Experience with Corporate and Government customers

• Experience in the telecom industry is a plus

• Willing to travel to client sites as required; able to work outside standard business hours
