Technical Documentation Specialist

Details of the offer

1) Minimum Qualification: Graduate of 4-year course preferably BS Business Management or BS Management Engineering)
2) Experiences: At least three (3) years administrative experience on making management-level presentation materials; and,
3) Competency:
a) Fluency in making use of visual aids;
b) Highly proficient in written and oral communication (English and Filipino);
c) Proficient on the use of google applications such as google docs, sheets and slides; and
d) HSE background or experience is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities
* The technical documentation specialists that will support HSE Committee Secretariat shall
ensure continuous provision of administrative and technical support, as directed by the
Committee Chairpersons, to the Committees. Delivery of outputs will be submitted to the Head of
Business Process and Management Systems (BPMS).
The technical documentation specialists shall be responsible for the following:
1. Prepare management-level presentation materials based on the agreed storyline and content,
as well as do editing and formatting of the slides to conform with the standards of the
presentation;
2. Prepare minutes of the meeting and reports, and ensure these are approved by the
concerned personnel prior to distribution;
3. Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure information in the
presentation materials, minutes of the meeting and reports are sufficient, up-to-date and
accurate;
4. Monitoring and tracking of all Committee-related action items; and,
5. Assist in the logistical needs (e.g., calendar invites, presenters, time checks, screen sharing,
room bookings, etc.) in running the meetings.
