Location / Shift Mabalacat Office, Morning Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description We are looking for Technical Customer Support who w ill have to answer incoming customer calls regarding after-hours emergencies. You must have potential for being on back up if someone is away or sick. You are also responsible for t riaging calls, gathering details, explaining fees, contacting on-call technicians to dispatch jobs, and entering jobs into the internal system. Roles and responsibilities: ? 5-6pm make follow up calls to customers we have sent quotes out to. ? Build databases in excel spreadsheet ? Email management of inbox ? Prepare basic responses ? Respond to basic enquires – we will have templates and price list ? Set up jobs for any work orders that come in and mark needs to be booked for the day office staff to deal with ? Check any voice messages ? Follow up with jobs on a dashboard – waiting on client, reattend etc ?
