As a **Technical Writer / Content Writer**, you will be trained and get exposed to our process of reviewing investment contracts (mostly related to Silicon Valley fundraising) from start to finish.
You will also be immersed in all things related to private equity.
All of this will then be translated by you into easy-to-digest materials to be used for training.
You will be working mainly with the **Data Fidelity** department to craft and maintain process documentation materials for our internal operational processes.
Aumni PH's **Data Fidelity** department is responsible for rolling out necessary changes in operational protocols to improve data processing accuracy and efficiency, planning and deploying backfill investment data projects, along with the creation and documentation of training materials.
Your primary goal is to condense our processes into a variety of different training materials that allow for a simplified, more robust and fortified training experience for new hires and upskilling employees alike as we continue to grow and expand our workforce.

You will be working at our **Baguio Office** for this position.
- Assist in the composition of assorted supplemental training materials (manuals, guides, flowcharts, etc.)
along with the Data Fidelity Senior Manager
- Immersion in division-wide customer operations processes
- Immersion of summarization protocols for various private equity instruments
- Utilization, transcription, and updating of current video and text materials for training purposes
- Visualization and presenting processes in an easy to digest format
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree holder, open to fresh graduates (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting-related graduates preferred)
- Good English communication and comprehension skills Unparalleled attention to detail
- Experience with uploading and organizing virtual data rooms (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
- Proficiency with all GSuite apps (especially Google Sheets)
- Working knowledge of project management and workplace productivity and communication tools (experience in ClickUp, Notion, and Slack a plus)
- Good data entry and time management skills
- Great analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Conversant in financial/legal terminologies and concepts a plus
