Join our team as a Technical Chat Support professional. In this full-time role based in Cebu Central Visayas, you will be providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance through online chat channels. Your ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries will be crucial to our ongoing success.

What you'll be doing:
Engage with customers through online chat to understand and resolve their technical issues
Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring a positive experience
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution
Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records
Identify trends and patterns in customer feedback to help improve our products and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer support experience

What we're looking for:
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers through online chat
Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in a call centre or contact centre environment
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
Good working knowledge of common software, hardware, and technology-related topics
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and maintain a positive attitude
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
