Position: Technical Chat Support Advisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
HS graduate/ Completed 2 years in college / Associate's.
Have a experience in Consumer Electronics Account.
1 year BPO experience (6 months of technical support plus 6 months of chat support experience)
Average to above average English competency, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue, providing solutions, and ensuring satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
