Position: Technical Chat Support Advisor

Salary: Php 24,000 - Php 37,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
HS graduate/ Completed 2 years in college / Associate's.
Have a experience in Consumer Electronics Account.
1 year BPO experience (6 months of technical support plus 6 months of chat support experience)
Average to above average English competency, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue, providing solutions, and ensuring satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer concerns effectively
Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and performance metrics
