**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**TECHNICAL ASSISTANT**

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**1.
**Prepare reports and documents of project activities for management reporting.
**2.
**Monitor to ensure all work activities are performed on site in accordance to project schedule.
**3.
**Providing clear and complete documentation of monitoring activities for all Site projects.
**4.
**Capable to perform technical functions to assist the General Manager, Project Manager, Site Engineers, such as estimating and cost evaluation, and ocular inspection.
**5.
**Consolidate and checking weekly and monthly reports according to the needs of Managers.
**6.
**Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
**Qualifications**:

- Must be a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering; preferably w/License
- Knowledgeable of Horizontal and Vertical works
- Understanding of Engineering Science and Technology
- Ability to communicate clearly
- With 2 to 4 years of related experience
- Analytical, critical thinking, and solutions-focused, problem-solving abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Read and understand technical documentation
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure and deadlines.
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
