Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred2+ years of experience in technical support or related fieldExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple support requests and prioritize accordinglyAbility to efficiently multi-task and prioritizeAbility to work well in a team environmentFlexibility to work outside normal business hours, including weekends and holidays as needed Job Description: Provide technical support to clients and customers via phone, email, or other remote communication channelsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networkingCreate and update technical documentation and knowledge base articlesProvide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfactionManage and prioritize multiple support requests to meet SLAs and ensure customer satisfactionWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issuesParticipate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain up-to-date technical knowledge
