Technical Account Manager

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Account Manager. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing projects, and driving sales growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and helping them achieve their business goals.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer/IT, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or a related field Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills 3-5 years working experience in sales and related work. Strong understanding of digital operations, networks, and architectures. Experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection Solid technical knowledge of networking theories and protocols such as TCP/IP, SIP, FTP/SFTP, OSI Model Relevant certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+) are a plus. Strong Lead Generation skills Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Experience with Corporate and Government customers Experience in the telecom industry is a plus Must be residing in Davao City or willing to be relocate.
