Technical Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their business objectives, pain points, and service requirements.- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive solutions that address client needs effectively.- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that highlight the benefits of our managed services offering.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth.- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic sales initiatives.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.- Having an ITIL background and/or certification is a plus- Proven experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting roles within the IT industry.- Deep understanding of Call Center technologies, processes, and best practices.- Strong presentation and communication skills.- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-oriented solutions.- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Proficient in English both written and verbal- Excellent presentation skills
