Responsibilities: Accountable for multiple customers or a single medium customer across multiple portfolios or specific portfolio, carrying independent sales targets.Identifies and develops new business opportunities, in collaboration with pre-sales experts.Constantly interacts with key stakeholders within customers, understanding their objectives, challenges and remit to increase own effectiveness.Coordinates activities among sales, pre-sales and other functions based on in-depth organizational understanding (Mode of Operations, processes, etc) and relevant market knowledge, in order to meet business objectives.Participates in pricing strategies and contract negotiations and actively provides useful input.Contributes to the LOA process from business and commercial perspective.Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes and services.Contributes to strategic decisions within own defined scope (account, portfolio, geography).Solves complex problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment.Acts as a professional leader for staff / work team / taskforces, often the most senior and recognized sales professional in a team, who serves as best practice resource.May lead cross-functional deal team with manageable risks and resource requirements.Work closely with other presales, project delivery and customer success teams to ensure alignment and objectives.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, initiatives, and address any concerns or questions.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT Graduate or a related field.Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills.1-3 years working experience in sales and related work.Strong understanding of digital operations, networks, and architectures.Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.Knowledgeable of ICT and Telco Products.Experienced in Solutions Selling handling corporate and key accounts.Experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection.Solid technical knowledge of networking theories and protocols such as TCP/IP, SIP, FTP/SFTP, OSI Model.Relevant certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.Strong Lead Generation skills.Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.Experience with Corporate and Government customers.Experience in the telecom industry is a plus.Willing to travel to client sites as required; able to work outside standard business hours.Must be residing in Davao City.Willing to relocate in any area: Davao City.Job Type: Full-time
