About the job:**Responsibilities**:- Incident investigation, diagnosis and resolution of assigned incidents.- Monitor, track and communicate status of tickets with stakeholders.- Follow technical instructions on problem solving.- Create and maintain up-to-date Problem/known-error database- Communicate with user and other stakeholders.- Perform ongoing maintenance activities (i.e., backend operations, scripts, logging etc.) and Preventative maintenance & Monitoring ((i.e., cleanup, scripts, monitor error logs)Must have:Experience with the following:- Teamcenter- CAD support: SolidEdge/Solidworks/NX/AutoCAD- Product Lifecycle Management- EnoviaOthers:ShiftingWith weekend standby for critical / high issues.Work set-up: temporarily WFH until further announcement.**Benefits**:- Work from homeSchedule:- Shift systemSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary
