Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Answer customer inquiries and provide product information. Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Food Preparation: Prepare according to our established recipes and quality standards. Ensure food items are fresh, properly cooked, and presented attractively. Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Cash Handling: Operate the cash register and handle customer payments accurately. Process transactions efficiently and provide customers with receipts. Maintain cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work area, dining area, and serving counters clean and well-organized. Perform regular cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Stocking and Inventory: Monitor and restock inventory items as needed. Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reporting shortages.
