Qualifications:
• At least 6months Team Leader/Manager experience
• Account management experience, including but not restricted to inbound, outbound, non-voice, or back-office accounts
• Proven leadership skills and functional knowledge in BPO Industry
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Proficient in writing reports and business correspondences
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented
