Team Leader (Travel) Bpo - Cebu City

Work set-up: Onsite in Cebu Business Park, Cebu City
Shift schedule: Rotational (24/7) | No Fixed Day Off

Non-negotiable Requirements:
At least 2 years completed in college/College Graduate
Team Lead experience for 3-5 years in a BPO, preferably with experience handling a Travel account
Can consider exposure from telco, sales, technical, and helpdesk - international accounts (complex accounts in a pure voice environment)
With people management and good communication skills
Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills
Can start ASAP
