The Trainer facilitates and delivers targeted, focused training to teach and strengthen client-specific knowledge and skills, including sales processes and systems.
The Trainer collaborates with internal and/or external stakeholders to deliver responsive programs and content designed to support the needs of the business, promoting efficiency, and increasing productivity.
Works under moderate
supervision with some latitude for independent judgement.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop a schedule to assess training needs
- Conduct employee surveys and interviews
- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
- Track and compile collected data
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
- Communicate training needs and online resources
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology
- Test and review created materials
- Maintain a database of all training materials
- Instruct employee training and onboarding
- Conduct training through new training materials
- Review employee performance and learning
- Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
- Can document processes and procedures when overseeing client training sessions
- Create Product Knowledge Tests and maintain its data
**Qualifications**
At least 3 years' experience in the Training Field and Environment
- Any certification is an advantage including Facilitation Skills and Training Management
- Experience with implementation of training methodologies and corrective action programs
- Preferably with eCommerce background
- Can conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Knowledge of Training Tools, Concepts and Methodologies
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
