Team Leader Tarlac

Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
- Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
- Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
- Coordinates with different departments to ensure completion of different aspects of operations of the team
- Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and payroll
- related items.
- Drives and maintains staff performance and prepare documented reviews and/ or coaching on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
- Takes charge in team's performance evaluation, quality evaluation and feedback, policy implementation, staff coaching and development and client relationship management.
- Regularly participates in client and operations calls/ meetings and applicable training
- Plans and monitors the rewards and recognition program of the account
- Participates and drive participation of staff in company meetings, training and engagement events
- Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
- Supports manager and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office
- Functions as front line to address company's and/ or client's business needs

**Salary**: Php27,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
