Job Description: People Management: Leading and developing a team of Aftercare Coordinators; responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the team.Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with client's policies and procedures; additional responsibilities include interviewing, training and motivating employees; planning, assigning and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; and effective conflict resolution.Communicating policies to coordinators and become the primary information source for staff; following-up to ensure compliance and consistency; taking corrective action as necessary and documenting the issue and actions taken. Project Management: Solving complex vendor invoicing issues and proactively heading off negative service trendsUnderstanding and correctly utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and proceduresDevelopment, analysis and improvement of new strategies and proceduresDeveloping and achieving performance goals and objectives in order to achieve vendor promise expectationsPerform other projects and duties as required Job Requirement: Knowledge on Outlook, Word and Excel or similar desktop applicationsDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projectsGood Communications skills – Written & Verbal in EnglishApplicants must be willing to work in 3F Market! Qualifications
With three years of Team Leader work experience in a healthcare account under BPO companyWilling to work on-site in Market! Market!, and willing to render overtime
