We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and management, with a focus on driving team performance and achieving business goals.
Responsible for overseeing the performance of a team of call or contact centre operators.
They provide leadership, coaching and support to their team, and develop plans to achieve the call or contact centre targets.
Qualifications:
At least 6 months TL experience.
Excellent Leadership Skills.
Committed and willing to be assigned in any Site.
Flexible in shifting schedules.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
