Team Leader - Research Curation Responsibilities: Lead a team of Research Analysts by providing guidance, support and mentorshipDaily Task ManagementSet clear expectations, establish goals, and monitor team performance to ensure service levels and quality standards are consistently metFoster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing Create sound action plans and performance improvement plans Keep team members updated regarding policies, procedures and work instructionsMonitor the behavior of team members and apply corrective action for any non-conformance against policies and proceduresMonitor team attendance and adherence on a regular basis. Manages leaves and absences to provide full coverage. Applies corrective action for any non-compliance regarding attendance and tardiness policiesProtect client-supplied information from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference Qualifications: Bachelors degree required.Relevant work experience in data, research analysis and report generation of at least 1 year1 year experience in a leadership roleStrong skills in people and performance managementExcellent written and oral English communication skills.Proactive, self-starter, results-oriented, and customer-focused.Flexibility to conform to tight deadlines and adapt to changing processes.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently.Proficiency in spreadsheet data manipulation and internet use.Flexibility with work schedule (preferably night shift), willingness to work in Pasay office once a week or daily during client visits.Cybersecurity knowledge is a plus.
