QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate of any medical allied courses ( Bs-Nursing, Rad Tech, MedTech, BSND, BSOT, Biology, Pharmacy, Psychology, PT, etc..)
- Proven work experience as a team leader in the BPO industry or equivalent ( other industry).
- With excellent communication and Leadership Skills.
- Must possess organizational, time
- management, and decision-making skills.
- Preferably within Cebu City or nearby areas.
BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for supervising, coaching, and monitoring team members will ensure team members' target that is in line with the clients' required target will be achieved.
