TEAM LEADER

DAYSHIFT / LOCAL ACCOUNT

Job Description and Qualifications:

With at least 1 year of relevant experience in a BPO setup (local or international)
Good communication skills
Willing to work onsite
Preferably with experience in outbound calls
Willing to attend the final interview (face-to-face)
Track and documents employee time and schedule
Assist in reviewing agent performance results daily to ensure all goals are met or exceeded
Monitor and assesses agent calls to drive performance improvement plans
Provide direction and guidance for consistent achievement of key performance metrics
Achieve, measure, report, and communicate metric goal attainment for assigned team
Consistently achieve goals for the number of call monitoring and scores for an assigned team of customer service agents
Coach, mentor, and develop agent team for skills expansion and promotional opportunities
Assists, tracks, and coordinates with supporting departments
Perform other duties as assigned
Salary range: P25,000.00-P30,000.00 plus incentive/commission

Work Schedule: 6days/week

Location: Bayani Road, Taguig City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
