Team Leader

Team Leaders assess the performance of group members, and coordinate with the higher management to discuss and determine the most effective methods to meet business goals.
Tasks and duties:
*Leading teams to carry out company-initiated programs.
*Implementing strategies and action items by monitoring key performance indicators and line trends.
*Coordinating with supervisors or production planners regarding production scheduling.
*Evaluating team performance and giving appropriate and constructive feedback to improve workflows.
*Recording and monitoring output and preparing reports.
