Team Leader

THE OPPORTUNITY: TEAM LEADER

The primary function of the QA Team Leader is to assist the Account Manager in achieving the required team productivity and ensuring that the QA quality meets the client-specific protocols.

WHAT IT TAKES
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Medical Technology, Respiratory Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Radiologic Therapy, Pharmacy, Biology or other Medical Allied Health courses
- With active PRC license is a plus
- At least 1-3 years clinical experience, preferably in the adult medical-surgical area
- At least 1-3 years management/leadership experience preferably in a healthcare BPO
- Experience in Home Health industry is a plus
- Willing to be trained in QA review and Medicare guidelines
- Has excellent leadership and communication skills
- Willing to work onsite (IT Park, Cebu City)
