Team Leader

Supports team manager and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of officeManages inventories and stock, including keeping detailed records of inventory use and sales, and advising management on ordering where necessaryProvides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checksAnswers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline complianceCommunicates deadlines and sales goals to team membersDevelops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goalsConducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectationsGenerates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission related objectives.Ensures company materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standardsCreate an inspiring team environment with an open communication cultureOversee day-to-day operationDiscover training needs and provide coachingListen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflictsRecognize high performance and reward accomplishmentsProvides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaintsActively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behaviorEnsure company goals and objectives are being met by each team member and provide constructive feedbackAddress customer concerns in reference to products, services rendered or employee interactionsEstablish tasks for employees to ensure a clean workplace, this includes stocking supplies and maintaining clean restrooms and public spacesEnsure proper approval for customer discounts, returns and exchanges while providing customer satisfaction and positive interaction with the companyTrain new team member on company standards and procedures, from how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with clientsOversee and maintain inventory and order of stocks as needed
