- Ensures availability of manpower resources.
- Implementation and execution of daily production plan.
- Prepares and distributes operating materials to subordinates' specific line assignment
- Conducts performance appraisal and evaluation of all subordinates
- Implements and executes corrective and preventive action for each abnormality that may happen inside production area
- Checks daily attendance of subordinates, collates OT requests, distributes and liquidates reimbursements if applicable.
