As Team Leader (Sales and Marketing/Events), you will be in charge of:
Sales and Promotion
• Facilitate effective implementation and promotion of all Systemwide and LSM promo launches through guest relations, proper merchandising and suggestive selling programs.
• Coordinate closely with Restaurant Manager for the directions and achievement of store over-all sales target covering all segments.
• Make recommendations for potential Local Store Marketing activities/programs for the store, such as sponsorships, tie-ups, and other local community programs.
• Identify potential sales building activities for the store and refer this opportunity to the Restaurant Manager for appropriate response.
• Responsible in handling Birthday Party and other functions from inquiry, actual hosting and documentations per booking.
• Responsible in ensuring excellent hosting during in-store or outdoor birthday parties and other functions.
• Identify business leads for potential bulk orders and outside restaurant activities.
• Conducts community visits from time to time or as needed to promote current systemwide or LSM programs/promos.
• Builds good working relationship within the community covered by restaurant retail trading area.
• Conducts and implements effective awareness campaign through effective merchandising covered by store RTA through leafleting, streamering, billboard etc. Update store database such as Store Fact Book periodically.
• Coordinate and give feedback for all party requirements/inventories needed to the Restaurant Management Team.
• Conducts and submits competitive check updates within the store immediate RTA as needed.
• Accomplishes weekly and monthly leafleting plan duly approved by Restaurant Manager.
• Conduct daily leafleting distribution following accomplished and approved leafleting plan.
• Accomplishes and monitors implementation of monthly streamering plan to promote systemwide promos, 77-777 delivery hotline and local store marketing activities.
• Ensures proper placement of merchandising materials in strategic locations and conducts spot check from time to time.
• Conducts sales call targeting all establishments within the immediate retail trading area promoting systemwide and local store marketing promos / programs
• Implements Local Store Marketing programs like store tours, tie-ups, outside order taking activities.
• Implement suggestive selling program in support of systemwide promos.
• Ensure high visibility and proper installation / display of all merchandising materials.
• Coordinates with the Restaurant Management Team and Marketing Department for Marketing related concerns.
• Monitors marketing related inventories and ensure availability through ordering and proper coordination with the Restaurant Manager.
• Evaluates local sponsorships and make recommendations.
• QSCHTo do operations duties and responsibilities in area front of house as needed. To ensure to provide excellent service to all guests.
• Provide information to Restaurant Management Team on guest feedback for store existing and new product launches and other systemwide and local store marketing promotions.
• Coordinate and give guest feedback to the Restaurant Manager for all party conducted by the store.
• Ensures proper use of Shakey's trademarks, registered logos, producer's licenses, product and safety standards, and makes sure all advertising materials have legal, creative, and corporate approval.
