Skills & Competencies: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and development. Proficient in analyzing sales metrics and translating insights into actionable strategies. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Certifications (Desirable but not mandatory): Sales training or leadership certifications. Team Lead - Outbound Sales Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outbound sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
Skills & Competencies: Sales Acumen: Proficient understanding of sales techniques, especially in a call center environment.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
