Responsibilities • Supervise the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve all warehousing standards and defined outcomes for its responsibility area/shift approach
. • Assist the Operations Supervisor in overseeing the process flow and controls of warehouse operations including the Pick and Pack, Expedite and Shipping operations. To ensure as well Outbound operation is aligned to our company standard and customer's standard.
• Maintain and build good and strong relationship with customer putting DSC on their mind as their first-choice logistics provider, employer of choice and investment of choice.
• Responds promptly to internal and external customers queries and resolves any issues immediately and professionally.
• Builds smooth and strong relationships with client by means of open communications and feedback methodology.
Requirements • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree, any course
• With background in warehouse operations
• Willing to work in Santa Rosa Laguna
