SUMMARY RealPage Team Leader III coordinates the workflow of the Consumer Implementation and Quality Assurance teams in support of the Online Leasing, Website, Lead2Lease, Syndication, and ActiveBuilding work group. The Team Leader is well versed on all processes and procedures of Consumer Implementation (includes tasks/sub-tasks) and serves as a mentor and trainer to other team members. The Team Leader supports all general office duties, coordinate training procedures, project distribution, and scheduled reports. In addition, the Team Leader is responsible for keeping team members motivated. This needs to be accomplished by fully communicating job descriptions, performance expectations and career paths. The Team Leader must present to upper management a regular analysis of documents received and development of the staff development. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following: Manage day to day operations of the team to ensure all deliverables are met. Well-versed on all processes covered by Renter Engagement teams (includes primary and adhoc tasks). Perform implementation tasks and assists with activations as needed. Conduct quality assurance of each implementation prior to release to the customer. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports. Resolve complaints and answer questions from both internal and external customers. Maintain seamless communication with the US counterparts and liaise with them on operational front regularly. Identify and assist development with resolution and enhancements to workflow, scripts, or system defects. Perform testing on new workflow, scripts, or solutions prior to implementation. Communicate with management regarding the status of assignments and any obstacles encountered that may hinder the achievement of designated goals. Timely escalation to management of problem issues that may affect deliverables. Communicate with clients to resolve complex issues with their submitted conversion materials, as required. Lead all efforts in creating, developing and reviewing process documents for new transitioned products. In charge of the quality metrics ensuring that the team are meeting the target goal. Develop and establish work relationship with other stakeholders to productively manage expected deliverables and address any concerns that may arise. Handle the Continuous learning and training for Renter Engagement. Provide continuous support with Renter Engagement by developing contingency plans for service interruptions. Train and mentor new and existing staff members of the group. Create and update management reports, as assigned. Conduct annual performance reviews. Participate in the screening and selection process related to staffing. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. With at least 3 to 5 years or more related work experience as a leader. With experience in setting up websites With experience in CSS and HTML Proven leadership abilities to lead projects and teams successfully. Renter Engagement knowledge or experience preferred. Good experience with Microsoft Office products (primarily excel & PowerPoint), website, logo design and photoshop. Knowledge with salesforce and coding is a plus. Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a limited time frame. Excellent English, verbal and written communication skills. In-depth knowledge of performance metrics. Ability to learn and utilize new procedures and processes quickly. High level of organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize group/individual tasks. Ability to balance the tension between short- and longer-term strategic actions, between daily tasks and concerns. Innovative and must have great understanding of engagement. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proven ability to provide solid customer service. Must be able to multi-task, work in high paced and deadline driven environment. Must be willing to work in a fixed Night Shift schedule Must be flexible in terms of work arrangement (On site, Home and Hybrid) #LI-MV1
