What you'll be doing:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of your team, monitoring performance, and addressing any issues that arise
Coaching, mentoring and developing your team members to help them reach their full potential
Setting and communicating clear goals and objectives, and ensuring your team works together effectively to achieve them
Providing feedback and recognition to team members, fostering a positive and motivating work environment
Liaising with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and coordinated customer experience
Identifying training needs and implementing development opportunities for your team
Generating and analysing performance reports to drive continuous improvement
What we're looking for:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within a customer service environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics
Proven track record of coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
