Job Description: Team Lead (BPO - Financial Account) TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Team Lead for a financial account in a BPO setting. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of inbound call-taking agents to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and achieve performance targets.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or at least completed 1 year in College (no back subjects)Total of 3 years of Team Lead experience in a BPO settingNon-negotiable: 1+ years of Team Lead experience handling Financial account(s) and inbound call-taking agentsProven leadership skillsStrong communication skills, including active listeningAbility to multi-task and drive multiple projectsAmenable to work in shifting schedulesAmenable to work 100% ONSITE (BGC, TAGUIG)Able to start ASAP Job Type: Full-time
